About The Position

Carvana is seeking Auto Painters with at least one year of professional automotive painting experience to prepare vehicles for customers at one of its high-tech vehicle Inspection Centers. The role involves priming vehicles and performing final sanding before painting, as well as buffing, touch-up work, paint mixing, and airbrushing. Entry-level employees may receive training programs intended to help their skills and pay progress. Hiring is contingent on passing a background check. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
Able to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
Use required safety equipment and protective garments.
Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Pass a complete background check.
