DeVivo Companies is hiring a full-time Auto Paint Prepper for its body shop in Middletown, Connecticut. This entry-level role prepares vehicles throughout the repair process so technicians can deliver high-quality repairs. Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
• High school diploma, trade school, or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
• Driver's license.

• I-CAR or ASE training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting, including washing, taping, and masking.
• Identify imperfections.
• Rub and polish completed vehicles.
• Assist technicians in other areas as assigned.
• Attend and collaborate with the team during daily production meetings.
• Work closely with coworkers to meet deadlines.
• Keep the parts area clean and organized to support production efficiency.
• Dispose of hazardous waste appropriately.
