About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Mechanic to test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturers’ performance specifications; repair or replace engine components, brake systems, steering systems, and air bag systems; perform vehicle alignments; and test components and systems using equipment such as computerized diagnostic devices. The mechanic is expected to repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards, using state-of-the-art equipment.

Requirements

At least 3 years of automotive repair experience.
Must currently have or be willing to obtain the proper tools to successfully complete assigned job duties.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
