About The Position
Will be responsible for reviewing 10-20 loan files at a time. Thoroughly review the documents in the file and compare with information that is in various computer systems. Verify that all information is accurate and valid before passing on for disbursement. If something is missing in the file, will send communication to dealership or credit union via email. Flag any information that is out of compliance.
Requirements
- Previous auto loan experience, ideally processing
- Previous banking or consumer experience with processing
- Customer service experience in a banking or financial services setting
