Auto Dealer Finance / Insurance Manager
About The Position
Jim Winter Auto Group is seeking an ambitious Business / Finance & Insurance Manager with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to set, meet, and exceed sales goals. The role involves helping customers arrange vehicle financing, structuring and closing deals, ensuring compliance, and presenting products that enhance vehicle ownership. The manager also supports the vehicle sales team and reviews completed deals to identify opportunities for improvement. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing for their purchases.
- Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close car sales.
- Ensure every deal complies with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Arrange expeditious funding of all contracts.
- Present customers with product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
- Maintain proficiency and certifications required for the position.
- Prepare accurate paperwork and contracts and deliver deals.
- Structure sales to achieve profitability standards.
- Audit team deals.
- Analyze deals after sale to identify improvements.
- Assist Sales Managers in leading a 9–10-person vehicle sales team.
