About The Position

GEICO is seeking experienced Auto Damage Adjusters to join their team in Little Rock, AR. This role involves settling claims promptly and accurately, utilizing technical and industry knowledge to handle complex claims, and delivering excellent customer service. Requirements

Minimum of 12 months of Auto Damage experience.
Demonstrated track record of success delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to handle complex claims using technical and industry knowledge.
Valid driver’s license (must meet company underwriting guidelines).
Solid computer, mechanical aptitude, and multi-tasking skills.
Effective attention to detail and decision-making skills.
Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing.
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
