About The Position
GEICO is seeking talented Auto Damage Adjusters to join their team in West Lafayette, IN. This role involves handling claims, delivering excellent customer service, and settling claims promptly and accurately. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage complex claims using their technical and industry knowledge. This is not a remote role and requires the candidate to work in the specified territory. GEICO is a member of the Berkshire Hathaway family of companies and is one of the largest auto insurers in the United States.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months of Auto Damage experience.
- Demonstrated track record of success delivering excellent customer service.
- Valid driver’s license (must meet company underwriting guidelines).
- Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
- Solid computer, mechanical aptitude, and multi-tasking skills.
- Effective attention to detail and decision-making skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing.
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
