About The Position

GEICO is seeking experienced Auto Damage Adjusters to join their team in Oklahoma City, OK. This role involves handling claims, delivering excellent customer service, and promptly and accurately settling claims. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage complex claims using their technical and industry knowledge. This is not a remote role and requires the employee to work in the specified territory. GEICO is a member of the Berkshire Hathaway family of companies and is one of the largest auto insurers in the United States.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months of Auto Damage experience.
• Demonstrated track record of success delivering excellent customer service while promptly and accurately settling claims.
• Valid driver’s license (must meet company underwriting guidelines) and the ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
• Solid computer, mechanical aptitude, and multi-tasking skills.
• Effective attention to detail and decision-making skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
