Requirements
- Proven experience as an auto body technician
- Proficiency with auto body repair tools and equipment
- Strong knowledge of vehicle construction, repair techniques, and safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical diagrams
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- ASE certification or equivalent is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform collision repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models, primarily focusing on Ford vehicles
- Conduct vehicle inspections to assess damage and determine repair procedures
- Repair and replace damaged body panels, frames, and structural components
- Use specialized tools and equipment to realign and restore vehicles to factory specifications
- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and quality expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
