Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
  • Experience with frame and structural work, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
  • A commitment to blueprinting repairs and fixing them right the first time.
  • A sharp eye for detail, ensuring tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
  • Physically fit for the job, able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • A team-first attitude, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
  • Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Conduct panel and structural work to bring damaged parts back to factory specifications.
  • Ensure quality reassembly, paying attention to fit and finish.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to move vehicles through the repair process.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work location.
