Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
  • Experience with frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
  • A no-shortcuts mentality, committed to blueprinting and fixing repairs correctly the first time.
  • A sharp eye for detail, with a commitment to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and high standards.
  • Physically fit for the job, able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • A team-first attitude, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts, ensuring clean, precise repairs.
  • Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Conduct panel and structural work, restoring damaged parts to factory specifications.
  • Complete quality reassembly, ensuring proper fit and finish.
  • Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work location, adhering to tidiness standards.
