About The Position
Caliber is hiring an Auto Body Technician for its Jacksonville, North Carolina – Lejeune service center. The technician performs collision repairs, from minor fender damage to frame rebuilds, using precise repair practices and working to restore vehicles to factory specifications. The role involves collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available. Requirements
- At least two years of experience repairing collision-damaged vehicles.
- Knowledge of frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
- Commitment to completing repairs correctly the first time and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with coworkers.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without restrictions.

Responsibilities
- Blueprint repairs and complete precise collision repairs without shortcuts.
- Perform full collision repairs, including repairs ranging from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
- Complete panel and structural work, restoring damaged components to factory specifications.
- Reassemble vehicles with attention to fit and finish.
- Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move repair work forward.
- Keep the work location clean, tidy, and safe.
