About The Position

Dent Wizard is hiring an experienced Auto Body Repair Technician to perform automotive reconditioning and small-area repairs. The role offers commission-based, uncapped earning potential, with expected starting compensation of $50,000–$150,000 per year. Compensation depends on qualifications, experience, and geographic location; the total package may also include commission, bonus, or profit sharing. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is advertised, subject to applicable state and local laws and eligibility terms. Technicians deliver high-quality repairs while meeting customer satisfaction, quality, and cycle-time expectations. The position includes independence in managing the workday and on-the-job training in computerized color-matching systems and painting techniques. Dent Wizard also offers opportunities for certifications and advanced training, plus a career path with five technician levels. The role involves working outdoors in varied weather and performing physical tasks such as kneeling, bending, squatting, repetitive-motion work, and lifting up to 45 pounds. Candidates selected for an offer undergo role-appropriate post-offer, pre-employment screening, which may include a physical examination, vision assessment, background check, and drug screening.

Requirements
