About The Position

Dent Wizard is hiring an Auto Body Paint Technician to travel locally each day to automotive customers in Newark, Delaware. The technician performs minor paint touch-ups through full surface repairs, prepares and blends vehicle surfaces, and completes high-quality finishes using advanced spray equipment and established techniques. Work is performed independently at partner locations such as dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions, with an emphasis on fast, precise results and customer satisfaction. The position is 100% commission based, with earnings dependent on individual performance. First-year earning potential is stated as $50,000–$75,000, long-term earning potential as $70,000–$150,000+, and starting compensation as $50,000–$150,000 per year. The role requires outdoor work in varied weather and use of a respirator as appropriate under NIOSH respiratory protection standards. Dent Wizard provides ongoing training, including color-matching systems and certifications, and describes a five-level career path from Senior Tech to World-Class Tech.

Responsibilities

Travel locally to automotive customers to perform paint repairs.
