About The Position
This role is responsible for managing parts delivery and organization within an auto body shop. Key duties include inspecting parts for damage, verifying correctness against repair orders, labeling and shelving parts, and handling returns and credits. The position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required, along with some knowledge of vehicle parts.

Responsibilities
- Check delivered parts from suppliers for physical damage.
- Compare delivered parts to the description on the repair order for correctness.
- Mirror match the part to the part on the vehicle.
- Label parts and pair the parts invoice to the repair order.
- Organize parts on the assigned shelf.
- Return wrong, incorrect, or damaged parts to the supplier.
- Call for return and core credits, notating photos and notes in the file.
- Keep the parts delivery area organized, clean, and neat.
