About The Position

Carvana is hiring an entry-level Auto Body Repair Technician to prepare vehicles for paint at one of its high-tech Inspection Centers. The work includes sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing. Carvana offers training programs for entry-level employees, with opportunities for skills and pay to progress alongside the company. The position requires at least six months of professional automotive prepping experience.

Requirements

At least 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Ability to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
