About The Position

Carvana is hiring an experienced Auto Body Repair Technician to perform bodywork on multiple vehicle panels at one of its high-tech vehicle Inspection Centers. The work includes heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, roof and rocker panel repair, and large-area, heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair. The posting calls for a minimum of three years of professional automotive bodywork experience. Technicians work in a fast-paced, changing production environment and may be exposed to hot or cold weather. The position requires the ability to operate vehicle equipment and tools, lift up to 60 pounds independently, and use appropriate protective equipment. Requirements

At least 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must pass a complete background check; hiring is contingent on passing it.
