About The Position

Dent Wizard is the nation’s undisputed leader in automotive reconditioning services and vehicle protection products. This position is for an Auto Body Paint Technician Trainee. Training is fully paid and includes travel, food, and transportation. Compensation during training is at an hourly rate, then phased to a combination of hourly rate and commission as you build your customer base. This position is 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential, with a long-term earning potential of $70,000-$150,000+. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance. The role involves traveling to automotive customers to perform minor paint touch-ups to full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques. Responsibilities include prepping, blending, and finishing vehicle surfaces, and working independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions to deliver fast, flawless results.

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks

• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs
