Requirements

Willingness to provide care in various community settings.
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Valid and active driver's license.
Good driving record and current auto insurance.
Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy to learn.

Nice To Haves

Entry-level, on-the-job training is provided.

Responsibilities

Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans.
Assist clients with day-to-day activities and social interactions.
Record and collect data on clients' progress.
Communicate with clients' families.
