About The Position

Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) is seeking compassionate and dedicated Autism Technicians to join their team in Raleigh, NC. The role involves transforming the lives of individuals by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward. This is a part-time position with shifts available from 9 am to 1 pm (20 hours per week) or 12 pm to 5:30 pm (27.5 hours per week). The compensation is $18.00/hour to $20.00/hour based on experience.

Requirements

Willingness to provide care in various community settings.
High School Diploma or GED.
Valid and active driver's license.
Good driving record and current auto insurance.
Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy to learn.

Nice To Haves

Entry-level, on-the-job training is provided.

Responsibilities

Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).
Assist clients with day-to-day activities.
Facilitate social interactions for clients.
Record and collect data on clients' progress.
Communicate with clients' families.
