About The Position

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you’ll help children achieve life-changing milestones—like saying “I love you” for the first time. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you’ll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors. The ages are from 2-14 years old (typically towards the younger range). No experience required – we provide paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This is a center-based role, providing you with the support of and connection with other teammates and supervisory staff onsite.

Requirements

  • 18+ years old required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong work ethic
  • Comfortable playing with children
  • Full-time availability (Monday–Friday 7:30a-4:30p)
  • Occasional Saturday availability for make-up sessions

Responsibilities

  • Guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
