About The Position
Developmental Pathways, Inc. has been delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for over 18 years, with a mission to help children thrive and support families with heart and expertise. They are seeking a candidate fluent in American Sign Language for a part-time role supporting children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities. The role involves 1:1 in-home support, implementing behavior plans, collecting data, supporting skill development, and empowering families through training and compassion, all under the guidance of a BCBA.
Requirements
- Fluent in American Sign Language.
- Passion for supporting families affected by Autism.

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities.
