Aides bring energy and compassion to sessions that may take place in a child’s home, a center, or the community, follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders, and celebrate progress and milestones. This is a flexible, on-the-go role with paid training and coaching and a mapped career-growth pathway. Prior experience is not required.
