About The Position

Tellos ABA Therapy is seeking dependable, compassionate individuals to work as Behavior Technicians supporting children with autism. No previous ABA experience or RBT certification is required to apply. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children to help develop communication, social, behavioral, and everyday living skills under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The position is located in Fort Mill, South Carolina, in a group home setting, with a stated schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and expected hours of five hours per week. Additional clients may be available to increase hours. Client services may begin only after applicable training, supervision, and payer requirements have been satisfied.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness and eligibility to obtain RBT certification within 30 days of hire.
Patience, reliability, and strong communication skills.
Interest in working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
Consistent availability for the assigned schedule.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to complete background checks and onboarding.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, and in the community.
Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based teaching strategies.
Collect session data and complete accurate documentation.
Participate in training, supervision, and professional development.
Communicate consistently with the supervising BCBA.
