About The Position

Entrupy Inc. is hiring a full-time, salaried Authentication Specialist based in the United States, in the East or West Coast region. This remote role focuses on authenticating supported bags and leather goods brands. The specialist will be trained using Entrupy’s image-based data and intensive brand learning, then assess and tag items to support machine-learning efforts and improve the company’s algorithms. The role also requires meeting service-level agreements through accurate and efficient processing.

Requirements

Native-level proficiency in English.
Comfort gleaning information from large, often similar, sets of data.
Ability to focus while monitoring and analyzing large amounts of data.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
Technology proficiency, including experience using internal information systems, Google Suite, Slack, and other applications.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and hours outside Entrupy’s public online hours of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, as required.

Responsibilities

Monitor real-time customer authentications of bags and leather goods.
Review internal tests to ensure accuracy and consistency across brands, materials, and product categories.
Communicate with customers as needed to request additional information and support the authentication process.
Accurately assess and tag items to assist the machine-learning process and further train Entrupy’s algorithms.
Meet and exceed service-level agreements through quality and efficient processing.
