About The Position
We are looking for passionate, hard-working individuals to join our production staff. This role involves planning and performing sequences of operations where standard operational methods are available, making general decisions as to setup sequences and correct responses when process monitoring indicates. The position also includes preparing gensets after testing, installing labels, door latches, silencers, etc., and using check sheets to audit gensets. Additionally, the role requires checking paint appearances, ensuring units are built to customer orders, painting finished products, assisting with packing, and maintaining good housekeeping and safety practices in the work area.
Requirements
- Ability to read and write
- Ability to follow written process instructions
- Ability to record critical process information
- Minimum of 12 months previous working experience in related job
Responsibilities

- Makes general decisions as to setup sequences and correct responses when process monitoring indicates
- Prepares all gensets after testing
- Installs labels, door latches, silencers, etc
- Uses check sheets to audit gensets
- Checks paint appearances and ensures units are built to customers orders
- Requires painting of finished products and assists with packing of finished unit in cycle
- Exercises good housekeeping in work area
- Observes good safety practices in performance of job
