About The Position

This role involves performing daily audits of various revenue streams and financial activities within the casino environment. The Auditor will be responsible for tracking, investigating, documenting, and reporting discrepancies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information. The position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic casino setting.

Responsibilities

Perform daily audits of gaming and non-gaming revenues, electronic gaming devices, cage accountability, Title 31 activity, and redemption terminals.
Track, investigate, document, and report audit discrepancies, variances, and exceptions.
Prepare, review, reconcile, and verify audit documentation, reports, and supporting records.
Perform W-2G balancing and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Ensure all revenues and expenses are properly supported, recorded, and reported in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Complete Audit Finding Reports for procedural deviations and internal control exceptions.
Maintain and reconcile credit card terminal reports and supporting statements.
Compile, verify, and report daily revenue activity for all operating departments and outlets.
Maintain and review Point-of-Sale (POS) reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Support compliance with the Company’s Internal Control System, regulatory requirements, and established accounting procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and operational information.
