As an experienced staff in our Audit service line, you will be responsible for clearly and accurately documenting and executing audit procedures with appropriate support and rationale. You will complete assigned projects within engagement timelines and budget guidelines, and help ensure that the information stream from the client to the audit team is well-organized and efficient. You will identify accounting issues and propose strategies to resolve them, think creatively to discover innovative solutions to engagement efficiency and effectiveness, and communicate the status of work and issues with seniors, managers or partners on a timely basis. You will demonstrate professionalism and competence when interacting with clients and firm professionals, and effectively utilize firm audit software and research tools to continually learn, share knowledge, and enhance the quality of service to clients. You will delegate assignments effectively when appropriate and provide on-the-job training to help new staff meet performance expectations. Additionally, you will participate in trainings, recruiting events, and firm activities, and work with your buddy and performance manager on professional development of both technical and soft skills.
