Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 2 years of audit experience, preferably in public accounting.
• Solid understanding of auditing principles and financial reporting.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Nice To Haves

• CPA or CPA-track.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning through completion, helping ensure quality, accuracy, and exceptional client service.
• Build trusted client relationships by developing a deep understanding of clients’ organizations, goals, and challenges.
• Mentor and develop staff team members through coaching, review, and hands-on guidance.
• Evaluate risk, review financial reporting, and help ensure audits meet professional standards.
• Partner with managers and shareholders to solve problems, provide meaningful insights, and deliver value beyond compliance.
