Audit Senior Associates will lead engagements, gain deep industry insights, and grow client relationships. This position involves running client engagements from start to finish, including financial statement preparation, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, planning, and administrative tasks. It also includes supervising, training, and mentoring staff and interns, assessing their performance, and maintaining excellent client relationships. Collaboration with the audit team to resolve client issues and research/analyze financial statements using electronic databases and audit software are key aspects. Engaging with client management to gather information, solve problems, and recommend improvements is also expected.
