The Audit Managing Director will be responsible for proactive client contact, viewing clients as trusted business partners. This role involves expanding business practice, cultivating new clients, and increasing services to existing clients, including cross-serving opportunities. The Managing Director will coach staff on business development strategies and may have direct profit responsibility for a specialty practice. This position is responsible for the ongoing planning, marketing, and business development of a specialized department, ensuring the team and/or department meet budgeted goals. Additionally, the role oversees practice billing and timely collection of fees, participates in various administrative aspects of managing the business unit, and establishes a team environment with a positive culture. Ensuring quality control standards are met is also a key responsibility. This role may be a member of the Senior Operations Management Team, with additional responsibilities as assigned.
