About The Position

Leads merger and acquisition advisory activities. Originates and leads the firm's merger and acquisition advisory activities. Actively leads during every phase of transaction execution and are responsible for developing and implementing the strategic elements of each transaction's execution. Manages multiple assignments concurrently and oversee multiple teams of junior investment bankers. Demonstrates success in new business development prior to reaching this level. Requirements

  • University / college degree
  • Masters degree, PhD, or certifications
  • Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years
