About The Position

KPMG in Canada is seeking undergraduate business, commerce, and accounting and finance students pursuing their CPA designation to join their Kitchener-Waterloo Office as a Winter 2027 Co-op or Summer 2027 Intern in their Audit Practice. As a member of the audit and assurance team, interns will have the opportunity to work directly with leading companies, understand their processes, and help them meet evolving financial reporting standards and regulations. KPMG offers audit and assurance services to a variety of clients across different industries, including public, private, and not-for-profit organizations. The program aims to develop future leaders through challenging work, authentic client project experience, and broad skill development via KPMG's learning and development opportunities. National Power Up programming will offer opportunities to learn from leaders, network with other students, and collaborate with professionals.

Requirements

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in business, commerce, accounting, or finance.
  • Committed to achieving Canadian CPA designation.
  • Working to obtain CPA required pre-requisite courses at post-secondary institution.
  • Strong academic record.
