About The Position

Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants (ENTC), a medical practice with multiple locations in Oakland, Wayne, and Macomb Counties and almost 50 years in practice, is hiring full-time Audiology Assistants. The role contributes directly to ENTC’s Perfect Patient Journey and focuses on delivering patient-focused care. The position involves patient interaction, basic hearing screenings, hearing aid orientations and repairs, appointment scheduling, reminder calls, and maintaining supplies. Candidates should learn quickly, work independently and as part of a team, and maintain a positive attitude.

Requirements

• At least one year of related audiology assistant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently and as part of a team, and maintain a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred experience in Otolaryngology.

Responsibilities
