About The Position

Join our thriving, privately owned Otolaryngology (ENT) practice in Danvers, Massachusetts, where patient care comes first. We are looking for an upbeat, ambitious, and patient-oriented Audiologist to join our expanding team to provide exceptional, comprehensive medical and rehabilitative care to both adult and pediatric patients. Whether you are an experienced professional or a motivated New Graduate ready for ENT-specific mentorship, we want to hear from you! We offer flexible scheduling options, a competitive salary, and a true work-life balance with no weekend shifts. Our practice hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and the clinic is strictly closed on Saturdays and Sundays. You will work side-by-side with ENT physicians in a supportive, privately owned practice focused on patient outcomes, not corporate quotas. You will treat a diverse patient base of adults and children and gain hands-on experience with the latest advancements in hearing diagnostics, pediatric testing, and hearing healthcare technology. We are eager to train and mentor passionate new graduates looking to build a career in an ENT setting.

Requirements

Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Audiology (Au.D.).
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as an Audiologist in the state of Massachusetts.

Nice To Haves

Previous clinical experience or ENT rotation is a plus, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough diagnostic audiological evaluations for patients of all ages (adults and pediatrics).
Handle hearing aid testing, selection, verification, and custom fittings to match unique lifestyles.
Work closely with our ENT medical team to support patient treatment plans, including balance or medical monitoring where appropriate.
