About The Position

The Audiologist identifies, evaluates, and rehabilitates audiological disorders and hearing loss in adult patients, in accordance with clinical competency. The role includes educating patients and families and communicating with courtesy and patience while assisting patients, families, medical personnel, and others to provide quality customer service.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Audiology.
• Current licensure by the Georgia State Board of Speech/Language Pathology and Audiology.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.

Nice To Haves

• Doctorate in Audiology.
• Two years of licensed clinical experience.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Audiology granted by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, previously held certification, or meeting the educational requirements for certification while accumulating the supervised experience required for certification, with CCC completion within one year.
