About The Position
This highly respected, privately owned audiology practice on California's beautiful Central Coast is seeking a motivated Audiologist to join its growing clinical team. This opportunity is ideal for a new graduate or early-career professional looking to develop strong clinical skills while receiving hands-on mentorship from an experienced and supportive team. This established practice is known for delivering exceptional patient care while fostering a collaborative, team-oriented culture. New clinicians receive guidance and mentorship while gaining exposure to a broad range of audiology services in a professional, patient-focused environment. You'll work alongside experienced audiologists, an ENT physician, and physician assistants, allowing you to expand your clinical knowledge and confidence from day one.
Requirements
- New graduate or early-career professional
Responsibilities
- Performing comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations
- Building strong relationships with patients through education and counseling
- Fitting, programming, and troubleshooting hearing aids
- Providing ongoing follow-up care and patient support
- Assisting with cochlear implant evaluations and mapping
- Participating in specialized testing, including ABR, VNG, tympanometry, and other diagnostic procedures
