About The Position

Raybrex Dental Recruiting is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Private Practice Dentist to join our client in Olathe, Kansas. This is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity for growth and development within the practice. This is a 4 day a week work week. Practice is open 5 days a week. This is an 11-operatory FFS/PPO practice. Averaging 75 new patients a month. Staffed very well with hygienists and Dental Assistants. Compensation is based on experience. Daily guarantee to be discussed with dentist owner. 32-34% based on collections. Labs paid by practice. Technology: Adec, All digital, Sirona CBCT, iTero and Trios and Dexis. Dentsply. Buy in is an option and will be discussed at 6 months in.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited university
Active state dental license in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a private practice setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Dedication to providing exceptional patient care
Ability to work well in a team environment

Nice To Haves

Buy in is an option and will be discussed at 6 months in.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages
Diagnose and treat oral health issues, including cavities, gum disease, and other common dental problems
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care techniques
Create treatment plans and discuss them with patients to ensure understanding and consent
Perform routine cleanings, fillings, extractions, and other dental procedures
Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to provide comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and techniques in dentistry
Uphold the practice's standards of patient care and customer service
