About The Position

The Audio Visual Technician at Chateau on the Lake is a full-time position responsible for transforming meeting rooms into event-ready spaces, setting up and managing audio-visual equipment, and ensuring guest satisfaction during events. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to service excellence within the Atrium SPIRIT framework, which emphasizes Service, Perseverance, Inclusion, Respect, Innovation, and Teamwork.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for long shifts.
Flexibility to bend, squat, and hustle.
Food Safety and Alcohol Certifications (or ability to complete within 90 days).

Nice To Haves

6+ months of banquet or serving experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Transform meeting rooms into event-ready spaces, from table setups to tech gear, all per the Banquet Event Order (BEO).
Keep event areas spotless, organized, and guest-ready before, during, and after the party.
Be the go-to hero for guests during events—answering questions, meeting needs, and making magic happen.
Set up and manage audio-visual equipment like a backstage pro.
Follow safety and sanitation protocols to keep everyone safe.
