About The Position

The Audio Visual Technician role at Chateau on the Lake is a full-time position focused on transforming meeting rooms into event-ready spaces, managing audio-visual equipment, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction during events. This role is part of the Atrium SPIRIT culture, emphasizing teamwork, passion, and appreciation to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

6+ months of banquet or serving experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Food Safety and Alcohol Certifications (or ability to complete within 90 days)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for long shifts
Flexibility to bend, squat, and hustle

Responsibilities

Transform meeting rooms into event-ready spaces, from table setups to tech gear, all per the Banquet Event Order (BEO).
Keep event areas spotless, organized, and guest-ready before, during, and after the party.
Be the go-to hero for guests during events—answering questions, meeting needs, and making magic happen.
Set up and manage audio-visual equipment like a backstage pro.
Follow safety and sanitation protocols to keep everyone safe.
