Collaboration with IT, Facilities, and vendors for AV installations and upgrades is a key aspect, as is training staff on AV system usage and remote collaboration tools. The position also involves managing AV inventory, recommending system improvements, and ensuring AV environments comply with organizational standards. Additionally, the technician will contribute to AV design, procurement, and long-term planning to optimize technology across the enterprise.
