Sourcebooks, the fastest growing and most innovative publisher in the industry, is searching for an Audio Marketing Strategy Specialist to help power the next phase of growth for Sourcebooks Audio. Our audio program is in full-on growth mode, and we’re looking for a strategic, creative marketer who lives and breathes audiobooks, understands digital trends, and is excited to build outside-the-box campaigns that connect listeners with incredible stories. This is not your typical marketing job. You’ll be the Audio Specialist and thought partner across the organization—developing innovative, audio-first campaigns and also working closely with our imprint, vertical, library, international, and audience development teams to amplify and extend the reach of our titles and authors. You’ll have a real seat at the table, a voice in decision-making, and the opportunity to shape how Sourcebooks shows up in the audio space. This hybrid/remote position is open to candidates based in the NY/NJ/CT tri-state area. We're prioritizing candidates who are able and willing to come into our NYC office several times a month. The role also requires occasional travel for studio visits, trade shows, training, in-person events, and author recordings.
