The goal is to ensure marketing programs and campaigns are based on a deep understanding of customers by defining target audiences, developing persona-driven insights, and creating messaging frameworks that guide engagement throughout the customer journey. The specialist will translate insights into clear guidance for marketing and communications teams, collaborating with various departments to ensure messaging is aligned, evidence-based, and audience-first.
