About The Position

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytically minded candidate to join our Audience Strategy & Activation team. In this role, you'll help transform raw customer data into actionable audience insights and ensure those insights are activated seamlessly across media platforms. About the Team: The Audience Strategy & Activation team sits at the core of Marketing's data-driven approach to customer engagement. We're responsible for turning vast amounts of customer data into clear, actionable audience strategies that power creative development, media planning, and personalized marketing at scale. As data privacy expectations evolve and media channels multiply, our team ensures that Ford can consistently identify, understand, and reach the right customers with the right message. Position Overview: We're seeking a curious, detail-oriented, and analytically driven GSR to support our audience strategy and activation efforts. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of audience management—from analyzing raw data for meaningful patterns, to building rich audience profiles, to executing and troubleshooting live audience activations across major ad platforms. You'll work closely with a Manager and cross-functional partners in creative, media, and analytics, making this an excellent opportunity to build both technical and strategic marketing skills.
