Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of successful automotive sales experience
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury brand environment
Exceptional customer service and client follow-up abilities
High level of personal accountability and self-motivation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Strong technology and CRM proficiency
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Luxury or premium automotive sales experience highly preferred
Established book of business and repeat/referral customer network preferred

Responsibilities

Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing clients
Deliver a premium, personalized sales experience that exceeds customer expectations
Demonstrate expert knowledge of Audi vehicles, technology, and ownership benefits
Prospect, develop, and grow a loyal client base through networking, referrals, and follow-up
Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
Maintain accurate customer records within dealership CRM systems
Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to overall dealership success
Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive offerings
