About The Position

Oversee the Guest Experience & Operations side of our Attractions areas: Bowling Operations, Arcade Operations, Glow Golf Operations, and Cinema/Projection Operations. This role involves assisting in running the floor to elevate the guest experience, maintaining guest satisfaction, speed of service, and cleanliness of the main lobby, bathrooms, and theaters. The position also includes training and developing Team Members in all attraction areas, partnering with the Training & Guest Service Manager and Assistant General Manager to develop growth plans for team members, and assisting with orders, inventory, replenishment, and functionality of redemption stockrooms and arcade floor rooms. The role requires participation in company's leadership programs and weekly calls, ensuring all arcade games and projectors are regularly serviced, maintained, and cleaned. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with arcade games and projectors, compiling necessary part orders, and completing mechanical, electrical, hardware, and software repairs. Additionally, the role provides IT support for POS software, VOIP phones, and merchant processing hardware, and maintains all hardware elements of theater projectors, audio, and video systems.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities
