About The Position
The Waukesha County Corporation Counsel office is seeking an attorney to join its office. Initial responsibilities for this position will be for the Child Support Division. Requirements
- Graduation from an ABA accredited law school.
- Admission to the Bar in the State of Wisconsin.
- Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) fingerprints and criminal background checks are a component and requirement for access to Federal Tax Information (FTI).
- Successful adjudication must be initiated at least every five (5) years.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Nice To Haves
- Prior legal experience in the area of family law, including child support and paternity, is desirable.
- Municipal/government and civil litigation experience is beneficial.
