We are seeking an Attorney Recruiting Manager to lead end to end recruiting and onboarding for summer associates, entry level associates, judicial clerks, and lateral associates in our San Francisco and Seattle offices. This is a high impact role at the center of our talent strategy, driving law school engagement, building strong candidate pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first touch through hire. In this role, you will partner closely with attorneys and firm leadership to attract top talent, manage full cycle recruiting for both campus and lateral hiring, and oversee all aspects of the Summer Associate Program. You will cultivate meaningful relationships with candidates to drive engagement and acceptance, lead hiring processes with sound judgment and efficiency, and ensure seamless execution across all recruiting initiatives. You will also play a key leadership role on the team, supervising recruiting staff, shaping processes, and contributing to strategic initiatives that strengthen our competitive position in the market.
