As our Seattle Attorney Recruiting Specialist you'll be at the heart of our talent pipeline — working to bring exceptional law students and lateral attorneys through our doors. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 3–5 years of recruiting or related experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with HR systems and relational databases a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally at all levels inside and outside the firm.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with a proven ability to produce accurate, high-quality work product.
  • Collaborative team player who is reliable, dependable, and flexible in a cross-functional environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize independently, take ownership of projects, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to meet critical deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and navigate high-volume interpersonal demands with grace.
  • High client service ethic and a professional, positive demeanor — someone who naturally represents the firm with distinction at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

  • Drive all aspects of the Summer Associate Program, from orientation and event planning to performance reviews and offer coordination.
  • Serve as a key player in On-Campus Interviewing, managing resume review, interview scheduling, callback coordination, and offer letter preparation across targeted law schools.
  • Build and nurture meaningful relationships with candidates, law school Career Services teams, attorneys, and search firms to strengthen the firm's recruiting brand and pipeline.
  • Act as a firm ambassador on campus — staffing hospitality suites, hosting receptions and dinners, and ensuring every candidate interaction reflects the firm's professionalism and culture.
  • Support lateral recruiting efforts including posting positions, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and facilitating new hire onboarding and orientation.
  • Maintain accurate applicant records in the ATS, track key recruiting metrics, compile hiring statistics, and generate reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Partners, Practice Group Leaders, and Summer Associate Committees to coordinate mentors, liaisons, and attorney participation across recruiting programs.
  • Provide proactive communication and logistical support across all recruiting programs, ensuring candidates, attorneys, and internal stakeholders are informed and set up for success.
