Hair Shunnarah is looking for an all-star property casualty litigator with at least 3 years of experience to assist with our vibrant and growing practice. We are the premiere property casualty firm in the country and frequently are featured as thought leaders in this space. If you are already in property casualty, join a winning team. Requirements
- 3+ years of Property Casualty, 1st Party Property, or Civil Litigation experience required
- Must be admitted to practice in the State of California
Nice To Haves
- Additional states not required, but a major bonus
Responsibilities
- Manage cases in state and federal courts
- Supervise/mentor staff
- Manage discovery
- Take/defend depositions
- Write petitions, complaints, motions and briefs with little supervision
- Prepare for trial
- Learn about the business of practicing law
